Recovery Care Coordination is a comprehensive case management program that helps individuals navigate the complex landscape of treatment, recovery, and support services. With a focus on resilience and positive self growth through compassionate support. Our dedicated case managers and peer support specialists work one-on-one with clients to develop personalized recovery plans, SMART goals and connect them with the resources they need to build a sustainable path to wellness. We offer peer support services, incentivized recovery programs and contingency management at no cost to the clients.

As part of our Recovery Care Coordination program, PAWSS Inc. provides individualized case management to help participants identify their needs, set recovery goals, and access essential services. Our case manager work closely with each individual to coordinate treatment, connect them with housing search assistance, employment, healthcare, and additional community resources. Case management also acts to provide ongoing support to help participants maintain stability and progress in their recovery journey.
Our Peer Support Services connect participants with trained Peer Support Specialists who have lived experience in recovery and understand the challenges of the journey. Through mentorship, encouragement, and shared experience, peers help participants build recovery skills, stay engaged in services, and strengthen their support network within the community.
Our Housing Voucher Program helps program participants with assistance with housing needs by providing one time financial assistance and support. This program helps reduce barriers to housing while promoting stability, independence, and continued progress in recovery. The funds for this program are limited.
Recovery nights provide safe, substance-free social activities that encourage connection, community engagement, and healthy recreation. These events help our participants build supportive relationships while enjoying positive experiences that reinforce a sober lifestyle. Recovery nights are held monthly.
The Recovery Incentive Program provides a one-time incentive to support individuals as they take an important step in their recovery journey. This incentive helps encourage engagement in services and supports participants as they begin or continue working toward stability and long-term recovery.
Our Contingency Management Program uses a structured incentive-based approach to encourage positive recovery behaviors. Participants can earn rewards for milestones on their journey throughout the program in effort to help them maintain sobriety by helping to reinforce healthy habits and ongoing engagement in recovery.
PAWSS Inc. staff assist with community service linkage in efforts to help participants connect with vital local resources that support long-term stability and recovery. Our team assists individuals in accessing and locating programs and services such as housing, employment assistance, healthcare, education, and other community-based supports to help meet their basic needs and strengthen their recovery foundation.

A case manager meets with you to develop a personalized recovery plan tailored to your goals, strengths, and circumstances.
We connect you with treatment programs, housing, benefits, support groups, and other community resources identified in your plan, while also linking you to PAWSS Peer Support Specialist (PSS) services for one-on-one, lived-experience support throughout your recovery.
Your case manager provides regular follow-ups, adjusts your plan as needed, and advocates on your behalf throughout your recovery journey.
